中市垃圾隨袋徵收　石崗區七月先行試辦 Mar 2nd 2012, 10:24 〔全國廣播記者蔡依婷╱台中報導〕行政院環保署今天派員前來台中市考核大台中合併之後的資源回收辦理績效，環保局長劉邦裕說，原臺中市資源回收率44.3%，原臺中縣則為30.2%，但原中縣部分鄉鎮市因有收事業廢棄物，導致合併第一年的回收率數據下降，若扣除4萬8千多公噸的事業廢棄物，去年資源回收率是41.21%。
