人為疏失火車險對撞　台鐵嚴懲並提改善計畫 Feb 28th 2012, 02:40 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕經由媒體報導，去年於屏東差點發生兩列火車對撞事件，台灣鐵路管理局解釋說明，此疏失的確是因為人員聯繫不周所導致，但是當下有立即發現問題，所以沒有釀禍，已經嚴懲相關負責人員。
