醉不上道！酒駕、車禍肇事醫費　健保代位求償27億創新高 Jun 5th 2012, 05:21 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕國內酒駕撞傷人、撞死人的肇禍事件不斷，不但增加社會成本，也反映在健保醫療救護費用支出上，根據健保局統計，健保依法對汽車交通事故肇事者保險公司提出的代位求償金額，連續3年成長，去年總金額更達到27億元，創歷史新高。
