武陵賞櫻車潮塞爆　遊客直呼：凍未條！ Feb 26th 2012, 02:08 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕228連假第2天，武陵農場湧進大批賞櫻人潮，今（26）日清晨6點就出現綿延長達20公里的車潮。由於上午7時開始進行管制，每小時只能通行300台車輛，導致台7甲線已開始塞車，車流回堵超過4公里，讓不少在寒風苦雨中塞車的遊客大呼:「塞到凍未條了！」
