今日天氣╱持續濕冷　3月天氣溫才會明顯回升 Feb 28th 2012, 02:10 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕228連續四天的假期已進入尾聲，但溫暖的太陽光卻仍未打算露臉。中央氣象局表示，雖然這波大陸冷氣團的威力已經減弱，不過今(28)日的天氣依舊濕濕冷冷，3月1日民眾才會明顯感受到氣溫回暖。
