反聖嬰減弱　今年春雨北部偏少、南部偏多 Mar 1st 2012, 04:58 〔本報訊〕北部地區冬雨綿綿，3月起可望減緩，中央氣象局今天表示，由於反聖嬰現象逐漸減弱，預測3、4月北部降雨正常偏少，但南方雲系北移機率增加，南部降雨反而「正常偏多」。
