3分鐘到了熄火了嗎？停車怠速管理辦法3月1日上路 Feb 29th 2012, 04:14 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕沒有習慣停車就熄火的民眾要注意了！自101年3月1日起的前3個月環保署將開始宣導「機動車輛停車怠速管理辦法」，從101年6月1日開始，停車怠速等候超過3分鐘的人，若無關閉引擎熄火，經由環保局稽查人員規勸不聽，將予以開罰，違法者機車處罰1500元、小型車3000元及大型車5000元。
